+HOW TO USE

Starting at the base of the upper lashes, gently wiggle the applicator back and forth in an outward motion toward the tips. Repeat along the entire lash line. Holding the tip of the applicator in a perpendicular direction from below, gently wiggle sideways along the lower lash line from the outer corner to the inner corner. For best results, coat a few times to fully cover all lashes.
