- Brush teeth thoroughly after meals, or at least twice daily or as directed by a dentist.
- Do not swallow. Spit out and rinse after use.
- For children 2-6 years oldn use a pea-sized amount under supervised brushing to minimize swallowing.
- In case of intake of flouride, consult a dentist or doctor.
- Dental check up of at least once a year is advised.
