Remove the safety seal and pull off the cap. Twist the bottom to push up the lip balm stick. Apply lip balm, starting at the center of the upper lip and moving outward toward one corner. Bring the lip balm back to the center of the upper lip and apply toward the other corner. Do the same on the lower lip. Rub lips together to fill in any missing coverage. Cap the lip balm.
