Upon opening a sachet, you'll find two PAP Strips. Position the smaller strip on your bottom teeth and the larger strip on top, making sure to tuck any excess strip behind your teeth for an even whitening. After 30 minutes, remove the strips, rinse off any leftover gel, then brush with your regular toothpaste for 2 minutes.
