SILK KAJAL Eye Pencil is a traditional Kohl pencil. It creates a semi-matte finish that is easily smudgeable and is ophthalmologically-tested and gentle enough to be used on the inner eye or water line. Other colors available are Nudo and White which instantly brighten the eye.
