Shake before use. Draw a fine line along the base of the upper lashes. For a sophisticated makeup, draw a bolder line from the inner corner of the eye outwards, tapering off at the outer corner into a flick. For less experienced users, first, trace small strokes along the upper lash line, and then connect the small strokes by filling in the gaps to create a continuous line.
