1. Wet hair and scalp thoroughly with lukewarm water.
2. Apply a generous amount of shampoo on palm of your hands. Do not lather in your hands.
3. Apply shampoo directly onto wet hair and lather into hair and scalp for 10-15 seconds.
4. Gently massage into your scalp with your fingers. Leave on for 3 minutes and rinse.
5. Use twice a day: Morning & Night (second one at night is recommended for best results).
