This standard sets out guidelines for the production, control, preservation and dispatch of cosmetic products with the aim of guaranteeing the consumer high standards of safety and sanitation.
It constitutes the harmonized reference text to demonstrate compliance with the good manufacturing practices required by the 1223/2009 regulation.
